Since founding Lardi & Partner Consulting GmbH in 2012, Kamales has advised multinational companies across Europe, Asia, and Africa for over a decade. Her pioneering work champions the human side of technology, emphasizing the critical balance between people, processes, and tools in transformation. Her expertise spans a range of emerging technologies, including blockchain, AI, virtual and augmented reality, 3D printing, IoT, sensor technologies, and robotic process automation.
